I feel a lot better these past two days and I think if I can set simple goals for myself in regards to healthy eating (NOT dieting and NOT self-starvation) I can lose the extra weight I’ve gained in time for graduation. If I can get through these two days, I can get through the week, and if I get through two weeks, I can get through a month. And so on.

I guess it’s a matter of following the Seinfeld principle: Don’t Break the Chain.
